I used Jennifer to purchase my Victorian era home last year in Ferguson. We had some last minute issues come up that the sellers tried to weasel their way out of. She was the Go-To person, and had repair people lined up and items ironed out ASAP! It was a good thing, too, because the repair ended up costing $5k!
